Chetu Software Engineer interview experience

Medium

Negative

New DelhiPosted Aug 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a negative, unprofessional experience that left me feeling the process wasn’t respectful or transparent.

Initial technical/scheduling step — I was engaged for interview scheduling, but follow-through was inconsistent.
Interviews without clear closure — interviews either felt rushed or ended without proper communication.
HR behavior issues — I experienced rudeness/frustration and delays/ghosting instead of guidance.
Salary/offer handling (in one case) — there were mentions of offer/selection outcomes that didn’t match what was communicated. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that candidate experience and communication quality could be a major risk.
