NoidaPosted Jun 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Chetu and felt the process was poorly managed and disrespectful, with multiple wasted steps and no clarity.

Re-contact after an earlier attempt — They called me again for a single technical question and ended the interaction abruptly.
Problem-solving attempt — I wrote a logical program to find the middle number among three variables using only if/else in Java.
Feedback disagreement — I believed my solution was correct, but HR told me it was incorrect without providing a clear explanation. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that the process lacked transparency and proper evaluation.
