I had a time-efficient process that leaned on quick scheduling: a phone screen, then another interview, with follow-on evaluation focused on experience and technology.

Recruiter HR call + scheduling — HR called after CV shortlist and set up the telephonic round; the tech evaluation continued after qualifying.
Skpe / online round — an additional scheduled technical round (Skype) used as part of the same overall path toward the offer.
Technical + experience-based interview (evening) — two interviews conducted around 8pm IST: one focused on the technology I’d worked on and the other more on experience. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that timelines were tight and interviews happened back-to-back across evenings/rounds.
