Chetu Software Engineer interview experience

IndiaPosted Nov 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience for the Software Engineer role was difficult in practice—either due to interview style or because the process included multiple technical stages and occasional mandatory written tests.

Telephonic round — a technical screen where I felt the interviewer’s approach was hostile and there were concerns about answering/searching.
Multiple technical rounds / sometimes written test — additional technical stages, and at times a written test was mandatory.
Final technical discussion / HR close — a finishing round that wrapped up the evaluation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward to an offer, and the takeaway was that process dynamics and number of stages made the experience harder to navigate.
