I applied for a Software Engineer position and experienced an average-difficulty path that moved from a technical online test into interview stages after a training period.

Online exam (technical + aptitude) — an online test mixing aptitude, technical topics, pseudo-code-style questions, and SQL queries; I cleared it.
Training + follow-up online exam — I was told they provided about three months of training, then selection involved a two-stage flow with an additional online exam stage.
Interview stage (after a few days) — after the online exam, they scheduled the interview round shortly after. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer letter through these steps, but the journey was designed around training first and then evaluation.
