NoidaPosted Oct 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Chetu Software Engineer role with a difficult, multi-stage journey that started with an aptitude-heavy online test and then moved into escalating technical and HR conversations.

Online written test — I took a test covering aptitude, reasoning, and job-title related questions.
Technical round by TL (senior SE) — I had a technical interview conducted by a team lead.
Technical round by TA — I then went through another technical interview with a different technical lead.
HR round — The process concluded with HR. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that progressing required consistently strong technical performance after the initial test.
