I applied for Software Engineer and had an easy-to-average technical interview that focused heavily on OOP fundamentals plus .NET/SQL concepts.

Technical interview — OOP questions like multithreading and collections.
Framework/topic deep dive — questions on core Entity Framework and ADO.NET basics.
SQL fundamentals — SQL join types, views, stored procedures, temp tables, functions, and constraints such as primary key and unique key.
HR / closing stage — HR stage details weren’t specified, but the overall process was described as basic-to-moderate. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway is that success depended on solid fundamentals in OOP, EF/ADO.NET, and SQL.
