I went through a very easy, training-to-onboarding style interview path for the Software Engineer role, with mostly fundamentals and OOPs checks and a few quick technical steps.

Aptitude round — an initial aptitude-style screening.
Group discussion / selection — a group discussion step before training.
Three-month training / interview gating — I was told selection leads to training first, before internships/onboarding.
Technical rounds (easy fundamentals) — basic questions aligned to the stack (OOPs, C#/SQL Server/.NET/MVC/Core), plus lightweight checks across multiple technical stages. Outcome: No offer was reported; the takeaway was that the process felt beginner-friendly and emphasized fundamentals and training readiness.
