I interviewed for the Software Engineer role and found the process straightforward and fairly quick, with an average difficulty level.

Intro call / HR screen — a brief HR conversation about my fit for the role, followed by comfortable scheduling.
Online coding test — a Codility-style assessment taking about two hours.
Technical interview — a live discussion focused mostly on strings and arrays, with typical programming questions.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall experience felt well-matched in difficulty and timing for the role.
