I saw Check Point’s process as heavy on multiple stages and time, and in one case it felt misaligned and seniority-skewed, even when the earlier steps were normal.

HR + coding stages — an early recruiter screen leading into a home/test step and then technical interviews.
Interview(s) with managers — rounds with team manager/group manager focused on normal coding/technical questions.
HR final — final HR conversation plus background checks.
Outcome — No offer; I felt the process took too long for the result, and in one case the hiring manager’s expectations didn’t match my background.
