IsraelPosted Dec 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an interview sequence that started strong but left me stuck or declined after early steps, creating a frustrating timeline.

Recruiter screen — a call to discuss my experience and confirm fit for the role.
Technical test — an online coding/test-style assessment via a link; I was later contacted about next steps.
Team/tech interview(s) — I was pulled into a senior developer interview with a programming question; in another attempt, I never received the follow-up promised after an HR call.
Follow-up / scheduling uncertainty — I experienced significant delays or no response after clearing early stages.
Outcome: I didn’t move forward to a final offer; overall, the process felt inconsistent
