I went through a Codility-first process with mostly algorithms/data-structures questions, then a couple of live technical interviews about my project and deeper threading/data-structure topics over ~2–3 stages.

Recruiter/assessment — a Codility-style technical test (about 3 questions in ~120–180 minutes), focused on basic programming and data structures.
Technical interview: team lead — a live Zoom discussion where I walked through a personal project, then answered multiple questions tied to data structures/algorithms.
Technical interview: coding — continued with more problem-solving, including a linked-list-style task (e.g., detecting a cycle) and other algorithmic coding prompts.
Technical follow-up — additional hands-on questions covering typical intermediate topics
