I started with an introductory call with an internal recruiter.

It went well, and I was told my information would be forwarded to the hiring manager for next steps. The whole thing felt professional and straightforward, but once the call ended, I didn’t hear anything.

After about a week I followed up and still didn’t get a response. Another week passed with no communication at all, and eventually I just never got back to from the company. The experience left me frustrated more than anything—there wasn’t even a clear closure, just silence.
