I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and went through a tougher, networking-heavy path with a long technical assessment.

HR screen / recruiter chat — I first spoke with HR about the role and expectations.
Technical assessment (online/remote) — I took a long Codility-style test: multiple questions (similar to LeetCode), run over Zoom in one case with a team lead focus, including socket/networking considerations.
Technical interview(s) — I discussed networking and systems topics in depth (routing and protocols, Linux/cybersecurity frameworks concepts), with follow-ups on how components work together.
HR / close-out — I ended with an HR conversation as the final step. Outcome: No offer;
