I experienced an easier, multi-step path that started with an online Codility exam and then moved into short technical interviews plus HR, with the interview difficulty described as low-to-average.

Online assessment (Codility) — a Codility test with 3 programming questions (including an airplane seating/string manipulation style prompt).
Interview: project manager/team lead — discussion-style technical questions centered on projects and approach.
Interview: group manager — an additional technical/system design style discussion prompt.
HR interview — final personal and compensation conversation.
Outcome — No offer; overall difficulty was manageable, but I didn’t reach the end.
