Chase Backend Engineer interview experience

On the day of the interview, the person never called, and there was no follow-up—just silence. I kept expecting some explanation, but it turned into a ghosting.

That was the entire experience: the lack of communication and total drop-off made it feel unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the rejection felt less important than the fact that nobody showed up or even bothered to reschedule.
