My process started with an initial phone screen where I talked through my background.

After that, I had a couple of coding rounds with technical questions that felt connected to real-world problem solving. I spent time working through the prompts and tried to stay focused on the details.

Unfortunately, I didn’t clear the coding rounds, so the process ended there. Still, it didn’t feel entirely pointless because I learned what areas needed improvement and what gaps I had compared to what they were looking for.

No offer came out of it, but I left with a clearer picture of where I fell short rather than just feeling like it was a random rejection.
