Tacoma, WAPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Early on, I had a call with HR that went well, and they said they would get back to me regarding visa information.

After that, I waited a long time and heard nothing, despite reaching out by email.

Eventually they responded and told me I wasn’t selected and wouldn’t be moving forward for the next positions. It felt frustrating because it was the kind of news that could have been delivered earlier, instead of letting me keep hoping.

No offer came out of it. What stayed with me was how long the silence lasted and how much that dragged on my timeline.
