The overall experience had a bureaucratic feel and took a couple months to complete, which made the process feel slower than it needed to be.

I remember starting with recruiter outreach and then moving into team-based interviews.

At one point, I had a short phone screen with a recruiter, and then I was routed to two different team conversations. There were initial interviews with team managers, and then technical interviews with additional team members. Each step felt deliberate, like the logistics were a big part of the process.

I didn’t get an offer, and what stayed with me wasn’t just the result—it was how long it took to reach a decision and how much waiting was built into the experience.
