When I applied for the summer internship in the engineering team, I went through resume and cover letter screening and then they reached out to schedule interviews.

The process was entirely online and included behavioral conversations followed by several technical rounds to evaluate coding ability.

Across the interviews, I met multiple people from the engineering team, and it felt like I was also learning how the group worked, not just being tested. After the interviews were completed, I got an offer and accepted it for a 9-week internship.

Overall, it was a really positive experience and I felt like I learned a lot from the process and from the team I would have been joining.
