I interviewed through a campus-to-onsite flow that felt smooth and straightforward, with shadowing and a long, professional onsite introduction.

Online/app + phone screen — a campus recruiting outreach followed by a screening with conversation-style questions like why sales and why CH Robinson.
Onsite: recruiter-led intro + shadowing — I attended an in-house interview and was taken through a professional introduction, including time with the recruiter.
Final round — I moved into the final onsite discussions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process was described as easy and communication was timely.
