Sacramento, CAPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview for the Account Executive role felt difficult because I couldn’t get a clear picture of what success looked like, even after multiple manager conversations.

Multiple manager interviews — I met with office management and a sales director across several interviews.
Unclear expectations — despite being asked and being motivated for the role, the leaders I spoke with couldn’t clearly describe what top performance would mean.
Outcome: No offer — I left frustrated because I couldn’t determine what they were truly looking for in a top sales performer.
