New Orleans, LAPosted May 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a generally straightforward interview set focused on behavioral fit and understanding the demands of the job, with limited technical or complex tasks.

Phone interview — a basic call about my background, including why I wanted the job and general motivation.
In-person management discussion — meetings with supervisors/managers about the role’s demands and expectations.
Onsite: systems and job context — I was shown the database system used for the work and met with leadership.
Behavioral deepening — scenarios like gaining someone’s trust to test how I would operate day to day. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt “normal” and not overly difficult.
