Chicago, ILPosted Mar 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an especially intensive, overnight-hosted interview experience that combined networking, mock selling, and significant time with current employees.

Pre-interview: networking + lodging — I had dinner the night before, stayed overnight in a hotel, and was coordinated with other candidates.
Individual interviews + mock sales pitch — the next day included multiple one-on-one interviews plus a mock sales pitch.
Company tour + shadowing — I toured the environment and shadowed people in the role to see how the work actually looks. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience itself felt amazing and highly immersive.
