My process was multi-stage but fast-moving, with shadowing and manager rounds, and ended with an unofficial job offer before the formal letter arrived.

Recruiter phone interview — a short call followed by an in-person interview invitation by email.
First onsite (senior sales exec + account manager) — about a 45-minute conversation about fit.
Second onsite round with shadowing — I was told my skills matched a carrier sales representative track better; I shadowed two carrier reps briefly and interviewed with two managers. Outcome: I didn’t list a final official offer decision beyond an unofficial job offer, but I did receive an email official offer letter the following Monday.
