My interview loop was quick and well-communicated, with minimal steps and a direct focus on discussing the role and my managers’ expectations.

In-person (two interviews) — two back-to-back conversations: one with my immediate supervisors/managers and another with the branch manager.
Role walkthrough — I was shown the database system and what I would be doing, including who I’d work with.
Final manager interactions — I met with leadership/management to close out the evaluation. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but I appreciated the timely communication and streamlined format.
