Boston, MAPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience was characterized by poor process management—lots of rounds or follow-ups without meaningful interaction or updates.

Tedious multi-round interviews — I went through multiple online rounds that felt repetitive, with little interaction and unclear direction.
Unorganized scheduling / no follow-up — another similar path had very little communication, difficulty scheduling, and no follow-up after interviews.
No status updates after interview — I was contacted initially, interviewed, then received no response even after I asked for an update. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the key takeaway was that the lack of clarity and responsiveness made the process stressful.
