I went through a smooth Software Engineer process with kind interviewers and supportive communication over roughly a month.

HR screen — a comfortable introduction, with interviewers signaling they value willingness to learn.
Technical discussion — focused on role-relevant skills, with enough time to think and an emphasis on understanding.
Follow-up / decision — coordinated updates kept the process moving until a decision. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that the bar felt reachable and interviewers were genuinely cooperative.
