My process was pretty standard.

I started with an HR phone interview, then moved to an interview with the lead engineer, and finally to interviews with other members of the software engineering team.

Everything felt friendly, and nothing really felt extremely challenging. A lot of the focus was on personality and fit rather than tricky technical depth. I didn’t get an offer, but the tone was comfortable and the questions stayed relatively approachable.
