I met the recruiter and my mentor at a campus career fair, and then about a month later I got contacted for interviews.

I interviewed directly with my mentor and team leader over Google Hangout. They explained I’d be working on a developer’s team rather than the UX team and asked basic questions about my portfolio and some design principles.

The best part was how fast the result came back—it was delivered the day after the interview. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the timeline felt crisp and the conversation matched what they said the role would be.
