Belmont, CAPosted Nov 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process was pretty straightforward in the sense that it was routine and organized, even though it was extensive.

I had eight interviews total—two with HR and the other six with regular employees. From the time I applied to my start date was about six weeks, including the time I needed to relocate.

Because team collaboration mattered, I ended up interviewing with a lot of people on the team. The questions ranged from project management and technical aptitude to personal philosophies and perspective on digital publishing in higher ed. Overall, it felt like they recruited and hired in a way that made sense, and even though I don’t have an offer noted here, the timeline and coverage made it feel thorough.
