I had a pre-screen online meeting where team members and managers discussed my resume and asked some technical questions.

After that, I went to an on-site interview that was split into three segments: an overview of the company and what I’d be working on, then a technical portion, and finally a behavioral segment.

What I liked most was that the process moved efficiently afterward—when I heard back, the talent acquisition team offered me within a week. It felt like a routine but well-organized path through the main evaluation steps.
