I had a technical phone screening interview followed by an onsite interview, meeting with four engineers for about two hours.

The whole experience felt like a real knowledge check, but after that there was no clear follow-through.

Four weeks later, I still didn’t get an offer or rejection. I followed up after a week and was told to wait another one to two weeks. After following up again, I got no response at all. It made the process feel unprofessional to me because a simple rejection would’ve been enough, and the silence left me stuck waiting.
