For the training program, the interview experience extended beyond just meetings and turned into a classroom-style evaluation.

Candidates were screened first, and those who passed came in for training where there were constant assignments and tests.

Big checkpoints happened on a recurring schedule—every 10, 20, and 30 days—to decide whether someone still fit the program. The difficulty felt high in the sense that the process wasn’t a one-off interview; it was sustained evaluation across multiple testing intervals. I didn’t get an offer, and the overall process sounded demanding because it required ongoing performance to remain in the training pipeline.
