My process started with a recruiter call, then shortly after I had to take an online technical assessment that lasted about an hour.

The test covered SQL and databases along with logic-style questions, and it felt like a real filter—I remember aiming to score comfortably above the pass threshold.

After I cleared that, I went into a more hands-on technical conversation where they assessed my skills over Skype. The recruiter who connected everything was genuinely nice, and the overall vibe was professional and calm. It still didn’t turn into an offer, but I didn’t leave feeling blindsided; it was pretty clear they were measuring whether I could reason through database and SQL questions, not just recite definitions.
