CCS Global Tech Business Intelligence Analyst interview experience

I went through multiple steps and felt like the company delayed things and ultimately didn’t hire me even after I’d cleared initial screening and interviews. The whole process dragged on for about two weeks, and the reason given around relocation felt weak to me.

Even though the recruiter seemed to handle their role properly, the later manager or higher-level communication left me frustrated. By the end, the impression was that the organization wasn’t well-run, and the wait didn’t lead to any meaningful follow-through.
