My first step was an online assessment on CodeSignal, and once that cleared I moved into a Power Day that lasted about three hours with a single break.

The Power Day had the usual mixture of formats: a technical interview, a behavioral interview, and a case study.

Overall, I felt like the process was pretty easy. The rounds felt manageable, and nothing about the structure felt like a surprise compared to what I expected going in. I received an offer, and the thing I kept thinking about afterward was how smoothly the timeline and rounds flowed from one step to the next.
