After a recruiter call, I moved into the Codesignal assessment and then into a power-day set of interviews.

The format was consistent and a bit fast: two technical-style rounds plus a case study, with behavioral questions worked into the day as well. I remember feeling like prep mattered because everything was timed and the interviewers expected me to communicate my thinking clearly.

On the power day itself, I had a case interview, a behavioral interview, a system design discussion, and also a technical coding portion. The system design questions were the kind where you talk through how you’d build something end to end, while the technical questions were more standard and not overly tricky
