Capital One Software Engineer interview experience

It was draining just because of the concentrated time and the back-to-back format, but I still genuinely found it fun.

Each interviewer seemed smart and asked thoughtful follow-up questions rather than stopping at the first answer. The conversations stayed interactive, and I felt like I was able to explain my thinking instead of just reciting solutions. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I was glad I went through it—my honest reflection was that the quality of discussion made the no-offer result feel less frustrating.
