My sequence started with an easy OA, then moved into Power Day.

Power Day included one technical round that was basically LeetCode easy/medium with analysis, then a behavioral interview with the standard three questions. After that came a case study that paired a practical LeetCode-style coding element with applying and analyzing what I was given.

Even though it was still an evaluation, it felt pretty approachable overall. I walked away feeling like I understood what they were trying to assess across the different rounds. I got an offer, and I felt good about how the technical and case work connected rather than feeling like separate, unrelated tests.
