For the TDP track, my journey started online with an assessment and a virtual job tryout, followed by an email questionnaire.

After that, I got pulled into a Power Day made up of three parts: a case interview, a behavioral interview, and a technical interview.

Overall, it didn’t feel extremely hard, but it did feel like they cared a lot about being thorough. The case and technical work rewarded careful, complete thinking rather than rushing through answers. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience felt more about methodical execution than about some “gotcha” difficulty.
