After an initial recruiter call to screen for fit and relevant skills, I went into an online coding stage where I received a link with three LeetCode-style questions.

From there, I moved into a Power Day that ran long and had a real marathon feel: about four hours total with an hour break built in.

The Power Day itself was split across multiple interviewers and modes—behavioral, technical, and technical case conversations—so it wasn’t just coding and it wasn’t just story questions either. It felt like they were looking for consistency across different formats, and even with the break, it was a lot to keep sharp through the full block. My result wasn’t an offer, but I remember the structure being clear and concentrated.
