Cambridge, MAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a Power Day experience that stood out mainly for how much effort it took to schedule and commit time.

The interviews themselves were spread across the day, and I had to take time off to participate, which made the process feel heavy even before I walked in.

From a format standpoint, the day was still built like a typical multi-panel sequence with technical, behavioral, and business-oriented prompts. The challenge was less about the difficulty and more about the logistics and how drawn out it felt overall.

I didn’t like the overall experience, and the end result was no offer. My reflection was that the time cost didn’t match the clarity or satisfaction I got out of the process.
