My journey started on CodeSignal for the online assessment, and then I moved into Power Day with three interviews inside a four-hour time window.

There was an hour break in the middle, which definitely helped the back-to-back format feel more manageable.

The rounds included behavioral, a technical interview, and a case interview. I remember realizing I couldn’t really “prepare” for the case in the usual way, since it was more about staying engaged, continuously explaining my reasoning, and talking through my thought process as I worked. I got an offer, and my reflection afterward was that the case depended more on how I communicated my reasoning than on memorizing anything specific.
