McLean, VAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a Power Day process that, to me, didn’t feel worth the time.

Even though I’d interviewed multiple times and it seemed like things went well, I still got rejected.

The most frustrating part was the overall experience around scheduling and participating. It just left me feeling like there wasn’t a clear path forward, and the repeated cycle made the process start to feel meaningless rather than selective.

Ultimately I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest reflection I’m left with is that the format may have produced signals, but it never translated into a decision that felt satisfying or transparent.
