Irvine, CAPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a shorter arc that still felt thoughtfully structured.

The process started with a take-home behavioral component where I recorded my answers to prompts, and then I moved into a superday with three back-to-back interviews, each about 45 minutes. The scheduling and handoffs felt clean, and the whole thing wrapped up quickly.

I remember being pleasantly surprised by how fast it moved once the take-home was done. The superday interviews didn’t drag, and the time split across the three sessions made it easier to stay focused. By the end of that sprint, I had an offer within about two weeks.
