I applied online and ended up in a process that stretched close to two months.

From the initial screening all the way through the final rounds, everything felt well-run and straightforward, but the real surprise was the pacing—scheduling gaps between steps made the whole thing drag on more than I expected.

At one point I was invited into the office and my interview lasted about an hour. The atmosphere there was genuinely pleasant; everyone I met was friendly and kind, and the workspace itself felt spacious and comfortable. Even with the longer timeline, the experience didn’t feel adversarial, which helped me stay calm through the wait.
