My path was three rounds and it felt very structured around “understand, then demonstrate.” The first round focused on industry knowledge, which set the tone for how they expected me to think about the space.

The second round went deeper: I was asked to prepare and work through a topic using a preparation deck, and they reviewed my skills based on what I’d put together.

For the third stage, I was given a case study, prepared a presentation deck from it, and then presented my take back to the panel. The whole sequence made it less about quick trivia and more about building and communicating a clear approach under time constraints.
