I went through a campus-style recruitment flow with an initial communication step, followed by MCQ/pseudocode and coding, then a technical interview that led directly to offers.

Communication round (online, medium) — Medium-level conversation to gauge fit and clarity.
Pseudo-code / MCQ round — Pseudocode MCQs and related assessment.
Coding round — A dedicated coding stage after the MCQ step.
Technical interview (panel) — Technical discussion with the hiring team/panel.
Offer stage — After successful completion, students received an offer letter.

Outcome: No offer—my experience didn’t lead to a final selection, even though the overall flow was clear and structured.
