I received a contact request before my professional transition and training started, and that led to a real interview in person with a manager and someone from HR.

The setting was formal and direct, and the conversation quickly focused on my move into the new direction.

What surprised me was how fast things progressed after that meeting. I walked away with a promise of employment even before the training began, so the interview didn’t feel like a long audition—it felt like a confirmation.

In terms of difficulty, it didn’t come across as technically intense from what I experienced. The biggest takeaway was the confidence they showed immediately. I ended up with the employment promise, and the process felt smooth because the decision came early.
